Kickboxing -

High Intensity Fitness and power.  An essential element for self defense skill building and a renown format for fitness training.  Our core class does not include any sparring or physical contact.  Sparring is available by invite only after class.  

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu -

Powerful self defense training, dynamic movement, versatile strength, get in amazing shape. This is a close quarters and completely functional self defense training class.  Hard sparring is reserved for after class or on the weekends so all levels are welcome!

First Light Fitness-

strength, Movement, and Conditioning.  Become an adaptable and capable athlete while developing sustainable training and movement patterns. All levels welcome!

Mindbody Lab-

A journey inside your mind, your heart and your body.  Learn how to deeply connect and care for your body.  Mindful movement flows, bodyweight strength balancing, myofascial release, and meditation.  All levels welcome!
