Women's Summer Series - 8 Week Program

-Deadline to sign up is Sunday June 2nd
-8:30am Monday-Friday Women Only Group fitness and self defense training
-Coed fitness classes optional and available throughout the day at 6am, noon, and evening.
-Participate in a guided 21 day sugar detox for weight loss and vitality
-Nutrition Guidelines, Before/After Pics, weekly accountability and monthly check-ins
- Join our private women-only training facebook group for accountability and support
